Refund policy
We offer a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the Date of Delivery (as confirmed by the shipping carrier) to request a Return Authorisation (RA).
Eligibility and Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unworn, unwashed, or unused.
With all original tags still attached.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Hygiene Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse a return if there is any indication that the item has been worn, used, or if the protective hygiene seals on items like swimwear or underwear have been removed or tampered with.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at helpdesk@lemarchand.store.
If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorisation number and instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a return shipping label.
Important Liability Note:
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, the return shipping is free.
For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, sizing issues), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving a Return Authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of the Date of Delivery. This allows us to evaluate the claim and provide a replacement or full refund promptly. Our liability for items damaged in transit or defective is limited to issuing a full refund or providing a direct replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are deemed Final Sale and cannot be returned:
Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
Personal care goods (beauty products, cosmetics, etc.).
Perishable goods.
Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
Gift cards.
We cannot accept returns on items sold at a promotional or reduced price unless the item is defective.

Exchanges
The most efficient way to achieve an exchange is to request a return for the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you should make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return. We aim to process this inspection within 5-7 business days of receipt. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. It can take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
