All orders are processed and shipped from the United Kingdom (UK).

We offer Free Standard Shipping within the UK for all orders over £50.

Working Days are defined as Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (inclusive), excluding Saturday, Sunday, and UK Public/Bank Holidays.

Peak Periods: During busy periods (e.g., holiday seasons), delivery estimates may be longer. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances, but we will notify you if your order dispatch is significantly delayed.

2. International Delivery

We currently ship to the following countries: United Kingdom, Barbados, Belgium, Canada, Cuba, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Jamaica, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United States. (This list is subject to change without notice.)

Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow an estimated 10 to 16 working days to receive your order after dispatch.

3. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Liability (CRITICAL)

IMPORTANT: All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

The recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, local clearance charges, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Le Marchand Store.

We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary widely by country. If you refuse to pay the duties/taxes, the parcel may be destroyed by customs or returned to us at our expense. If the latter occurs, any refund issued will be subject to a deduction for the original shipping costs and any additional return fees charged to us by the carrier.

4. Other Important Information

Address Changes: We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Excluded Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to BFPO or PO Box addresses.

Public Holidays: Please allow for an extra working day for deliveries scheduled over UK Bank Holidays.
