To ensure longevity and maintain the unique characteristics of your leather product, follow these care tips:
Protect: Regularly use protective leather gels or sprays to improve water resistance and guard against dirt and moisture.
Water & Heat: Keep leather away from heavy rain. If wet, immediately blot with paper towels and allow it to dry naturally—do not use direct heat. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to prevent uneven fading.
Marks: Natural marks and dulling are common signs of wear. Superficial marks can often be rubbed with a soft cloth.
Colour Transfer: Be aware that dark coloured leather can transfer dye onto light coloured fabrics, and dark fabric dyes (like denim) can transfer onto light coloured leather. This type of colour transfer is not covered by the Mulberry Care Policy.
